Amtrak will perform scheduled maintenance on June 3rd from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM (ET). 在此期间，客户可能无法通过Amtrak.com网站或移动应用程序登录其Amtrak旅客奖励账户。

• 电子优惠券和/或代金券不能用于预订车票。维护期结束后，这些信息将保留在您的账户中，供您使用。
• 积分或积分与现金的组合不能用于预订购票。
• 预订信息不会显示在“我的行程”中，但可通过确认邮件中的预订号进行查询。
• Guest Rewards产品（如礼品卡或积分）不可购买或兑换。

客户仍可：

• 以访客身份预订旅行。
• 请联系Amtrak客服中心的客服代表获取预订协助。

During maintenance, customers can link guest reservations to their Amtrak Guest Rewards account by entering their Guest Rewards number during booking on Amtrak.com or the Amtrak app. Amtrak Guest Rewards agents are available to assist daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ET) at 1-800-307-5000. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we work to enhance your experience.
